We strongly identify with the Libraries' values of user-centered approaches, collaboration, equity, creativity, and sustainability. ITS-DS User Support Services provides support for staff and public workstations in 8 Libraries, software, phone, printer, general technology implementations (including almost $200,000/annually in Student Technology Fee funding to support students), and Zoom support for staff. |
