Fellowships

Joseph and Jill McKinstry Libraries Endowed Fellowship
UW Libraries offers a unique fellowship to MLIS students at the iSchool that combines a scholarship with a paid work experience in the University Libraries system. The successful fellow receives a scholarship and an assignment in a University Libraries unit(s) based on the recipient's interests.

Internships

Internships allow selected candidates to further their education in a hands on setting. When offered, internships may be open nationally, or restricted to select educational programs. Classified and Professional Staff Positions

Lending and Document Delivery Supervisor
Under the general direction of the department head and in coordination with the Borrowing & Summit Specialist Supervisor, maintains the daily operations of the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services for Lending & Document Delivery. Closes October 13, 2022
Circulation and Government Publications Specialist
This position serves as a specialist in access services and government publications. Provides system-wide support, consultation, and training for fulfillment and collection management. Interprets and explains complex circulation policies, rules, and services to Libraries staff and users. Closes 5 October, 2022.
Assistant Dean for Organizational Development and Inclusion
This position reports to the Dean of University Libraries and provides leadership for a portfolio focused on organizational development, human resources, and improving diversity, equity and inclusion, and organizational excellence; ensuring that the Libraries is a workplace of choice and a supportive organization for Libraries staff to build a career.
